I have rated my trips for their riding difficulty:

Easy = from a technical point of view on a mountain bike, even though a certain amount of pedalling is necessary at least a weekly ride.

Medium = good physical fitness and a certain amount of familiarity with the techniques of riding a MTB are necessary, as there are certain parts along the route which present some technical difficulties.

Difficult = apart from a high level of physical fitness, good control of the MTB is necessary, as there are certain parts of the route which are technically difficult.
Naturally the previewed time in order to complete the single distances, refers to persons that they want, with a slow and pleasant speed, to fully taste the pleasures of the places that they are crossing.
Helmets are suggest on all rides. No littering. You must ride safely and within your limits.
